1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App provides custom product personalization fields for Shopify stores. You may use the App in accordance with Shopify's Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content of your personalization fields and for ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
All subscriptions and payments are processed exclusively through Shopify Billing. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information directly. The following terms apply:
- Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on the Pricing page within the App.
- Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate billing.
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the App dashboard.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App.
4. Trial Period
Some subscription plans offer a trial period, as specified on the Pricing page. During the trial period, you have full access to the plan's features at no cost. After the trial period ends, the subscription charge applies automatically through Shopify Billing on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local or international law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious, infringing, or harmful content.
- Resell or sublicense access to the App without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the App developer. You retain all rights to the personalization content you create using the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the preceding 12 months.
8. App Removal & Data Deletion
You may remove the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Upon removal:
- Your subscription is canceled immediately — no further charges apply.
- All shop-scoped data is permanently deleted within 48 hours.
- Custom personalization fields are automatically removed from your storefront.
- An audit log entry is recorded for compliance purposes.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by Shopify platform issues, third-party API changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Shopify App Store or within the App dashboard. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the App developer. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
