Terms of Service

By installing and using the Optix application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Merchant Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the configuration of custom fields, option sets, uploaded assets, and customer-facing instructions in your store.
• You agree not to use the App to collect unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content.

Subscription and Billing

• All subscription billing and fee collections are processed securely via the official Shopify Billing API.
• Subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time directly within the Shopify Admin. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing cycle.

Service Availability & Disclaimer

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or optimize features with reasonable notice to maintain system stability.

Refunds

• Refund requests are governed by and handled strictly in accordance with Shopify App Store billing policies.
